Graduates of Hazel Park High School

• • Hazel Park Promise Zone Mentoring program provides college bound graduates with a qualified Mentor to serve as a resource with sources of encouragement from the time students graduate from high school through their first year of college.


• • The Mentoring Program aims to engage further alumni, community volunteers, and others in the work of the Hazel Park Promise Zone.


• • The Mentoring Program aims to ensure students who want to go to college can do so by providing them with trusted sources to go to when issues arise.


• • The Mentoring Program is open to all Hazel Park graduates: priority will go to students planning to enroll in community college.
